MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- An altercation between two siblings turns deadly in Muskogee.

Police say 37-year-old Mark Marlow died shortly before 11 PM Monday after an altercation with his sister, Kim Mocha-Aguilar.

When witnesses at the scene intervened, Marlow died.

Muskogee Police say they are awaiting an autopsy report before asking that charges be filed.
