It's out with the old and in with the new in Tulsa's Brookside district.

The old Clairborne's Gas Station at 35th and Peoria was torn down Friday to make room for a new Starbucks coffee house.

There's no word yet on when the new Starbucks will open.

Several other businesses are also coming to Brookside, including two restaurants - Senor Tequila's and Pei Wei.
