OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The state Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission is starting disciplinary hearings on a supervisor who's accused of falsifying time sheets.
The agency has been looking into allegations that agent Mike Easley claimed to be working when he was actually teaching law enforcement classes at Bacone College in Muskogee. Easley is also being investigated for allegedly using his state-owned Pikepass and driving his state-owned pickup for personal reasons, including trips to teach the class.
ABLE Commission Director Keith Burt says he's sent a letter to Easley's attorney as required by state law.
