One Person Arrested In Connection With Truck Theft

One person was arrested after Tulsa Police recover a stolen pickup truck early Wednesday.  Around 2 a.m., police officers received a call from a guest at the Embassy Suites Hotel who said he had just witnessed a truck being stolen from the hotel's parking lot.  The witness told police, a couple of men in a black pickup truck with a camper shell pulled up and broke out the window of a Dodge pickup truck and took off with it. 

A short time later, Tulsa Police officers stopped the truck near 31st and 86th East Avenue.  The stolen Dodge was parked at a nearby house.  Two suspects were questioned and 33-year-old Nakia Mason was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of larceny of auto.
