6 oz. pasta 1 C. tomatoes, diced 1/4 C. onion, diced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 C. bell peppers, diced 1/4 C. white wine 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. oregano 2 T. fresh basil 3 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese 2 oz. Parmesan cheese 1/4 C. cream 1 T. butter Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Sauté onions, bell peppers, garlic, thyme & oregano in butter for 2 minutes. Add white wine and reduce for 2 minutes. Add pasta, tomatoes, and cream; reduce for 2 minutes. Finish with fresh basil, parmesan and fresh mozzarella.
