Red Cross Looking For Blood Donors

With the hustle and bustle of the holidays and of course this month's ice storm, there is a great need for blood right now.  The American Red Cross is hoping it could be your "last gift to give" this year. Red Cross officials say because of the storm, more than 600 units of blood could not be collected last week. 

You can help at a special blood drive Friday and Saturday. 

The Red Cross blood centers located at 11th Street and U.S. Highway 169 and at 7158 S. Memorial will be open Friday until 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
