Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat In a large mixing bowl stir together, egg, bacon, jalapeño, milk and bread crumbs. Add ground beef and mix until combined. Shape into 8 patties Grill patties for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side until desired doneness or until meat thermometer reads at least 160 degrees. Meanwhile in a small skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray sauté onion and poblano pepper over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until onion is tender Serve each burger on a lettuce-lined buns topped with a tablespoon of tomatoes and pepper-onion mixture
