1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen green peas¼ C. lime juice 1 C. chopped avocado 2 C. chopped Roma tomatoes ¾ C. chopped purple onion 1/3 C. chopped cilantro 1 jalapeno, finely diced 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. ground black pepper ½ tsp. salt
Directions:
Defrost peas in microwave 3-5 minutes. In a blender, combine peas and lime juice until smooth. Place in a large mixing bowl. Using a fork or potato masher, add avocado to pea mixture. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with baked chips.
