1 (8 oz.) package light cream cheese 1/2 cup skim milk 2 (16 oz.) cans white sweet corn 1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chilies or jalapenos 1 teaspoon garlic powder Non-fat cooking spray
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and skim milk in a saucepan. Heat until melted, stirring constantly. Add corn, chilies, and garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture. Blend well. Pour corn mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes.
