Ice Storm Warning Continues In Parts Of Oklahoma

An ice storm warning will remain in effect for north-central and northwestern Oklahoma through Tuesday morning while warnings for south-central, northeast and east-central expire Monday evening.

An ice storm warning will remain in effect for north-central and northwestern Oklahoma through Tuesday morning while warnings for south-central, northeast and east-central expire Monday evening.

The National Weather Service said rain or freezing rain could continue Monday night, especially in the northwest and north-central sections, with lows from the upper 20s in the northwest to the upper 40s in southeastern Oklahoma.

More rain or freezing rain is forecast Tuesday with snow possibly moving into the Panhandle region as highs range from the mid 30s in the Panhandle to the upper 60s in the far southeastern corner of the state.

More rain is expected Wednesday but somewhat warmer temperatures are forecast with highs from the mid 30s in the northwest to the mid 50s in the southeast.
