2 mangoes, peeled and chopped2 cups finely chopped fresh pineapple 1 medium red onion, finely chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 3 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1/4 cup lime juice, or the juice of two limes 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
In a medium bowl stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 4 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with baked chips or over grilled meat.
