1 cup diced Turkey1/2 cup diced Mango 1/2 cup diced Apple 1/2 cup Apple Juice 1/4 cup Toasted Pecans 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Cumin 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 2 Waffles Salt to taste
Directions:
Toast pecans in a pan with cinnamon and cumin. Add apple, brown sugar and juice and reduce until apples are soft. Add Turkey and Mango to warm Serve generously over crisp waffle
