Yield:

Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen snap peas, carrots, onions and mushrooms
2 cups frozen sugar snap peas
2 1/2 cups coleslaw blend
3 cups chow mein noodles
Directions:
1) Combine broth, cornstarch, oyster sauce and red pepper sauce in a small mixing bowl. Set aside. 2) Add oil to a large skillet. Cook garlic and frozen vegetables over medium-high heat approximately 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are heated throughout. Stir in coleslaw mix and broth mixture. Cook an additional 1 1/2 minutes. Serve over noodles.
