2 tsp Olive Oil 1 quail, quartered 1 oz soy sauce 1 oz sake 2 tsp oyster sauce 2 tsp brown sugar 2 green onions, sliced (white part only) 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced 8 snow peas 1 tsp sesame oil Rice, as needed, precooked and hot
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, add quail. Brown on both sides. Add shiitakes, then snowpeas, brown sugar, oyster sauce, green onions. Sauté until slightly wilted. Add sesame oil, top with rice.
