Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Set aside. 2. Spray a large skillet with vegetable oil cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add garlic, broccoli, green onions, green pepper, carrots and mushrooms. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove vegetables from skillet. 3. Heat oil in skillet. Stir-fry chicken 3-5 minutes or until done. Pour soy sauce mixture over chicken, stirring until thickened. Return vegetables to skillet and cook 1 minute. Serve with rice.
