The Palate's Picnic Chicken

Ingredients:

1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. Dijon mustard
1 C. honey
1-2 bunches chopped parsley
1-2 C. parmesan
breadcrumbs
chicken drumsticks

Directions:

Combine first three ingredients in bowl and mix well. Add chicken and allow to marinate (preferably overnight). Blend the next three ingredients and sprinkle heavily on to the marinated chicken. Arrange prepared chicken in a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees F. for 40-45 minutes
