3 T. paprika1 T. garlic powder 2 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. thyme ½ tsp. cayenne pepper ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. black pepper ½ tsp. cumin ¼ tsp. nutmeg 1 pork tenderloin (2 lb.)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine first 9 ingredients (paprika through nutmeg). Place port tenderloin in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Rub seasoning mixture over tenderloin until completely coated. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 155-160 degrees.
