4 c fresh whole cranberries 1 c seedless raisins 1 2/3 c sugar 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1 c water 1 med onion, chopped (1/2 c) 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 med apple, cored & chopped 2 celery ribs, chopped
Directions:
Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and water in large saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes until cranberries pop and mixture thickens. Stir in onions, apples, and celery. Simmer 15 more minutes. Let mixture cool, place in serving bowl. You may serve warm or cold (after refrigeration). Cover with plastic wrap to store in fridge.
