1 T. chopped garlic
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 pound ground beef
1 cup ketchup or cocktail sauce

Stir in bread crumbs. Let stand 5 minutes. Add all the above to 1 pound ground beef. Add all spices and sauces.

Mold mixture in loaf pan. Nothing higher than 3 inches. Bake uncovered about 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven. Drain excess grease every 30 minutes. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before slicing.
