1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) Williams Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix 5 T. barbecue sauce, divided 1 T. melted butter 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 3/4 C. ranch dressing 1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) Williams Taco Seasoning Mix 1 bag (16 oz.) tossed salad mix 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained 3 green onions, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Co-Jack cheese 1 1/2 C. chili or barbecue-flavored corn chips
Directions:
Blend together Williams Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix, 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce and melted butter; brush over chicken breasts. Grill chicken over medium heat about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Meanwhile, blend together ranch dressing, remaining ¼ cup barbecue sauce, and Williams Taco Seasoning; set aside. Toss together salad, black beans, green onions and tomatoes in large salad bowl. Cut grilled chicken into thin slices and arrange over salad. Top with cheese and chips. Serve with dressing. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Note: Any extra dressing may be refrigerated and served on favorite salads, tossed with pasta or used as a sandwich spread.
