Water 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons ground black pepper 2 teaspoons ground oregano 2 teaspoons seasoned salt 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons rosemary 1 beef eye of round roast (5 pounds), trimmed of all visible fat and cut into even sections 18 hoagie rolls Mustard (optional)
Directions:
1. Fill slow-cooker with approximately 1 inch of water. Add next 7 ingredients (salt, pepper, oregano, seasoned salt, garlic powder, rosemary and meat). Cook on low setting 14-16 hours, stirring near the end of cooking time to break up meat. 2. Shred meat and return to slow-cooker to keep warm. Spoon mixture onto roll and garnish with mustard as desired.
