Ingredients:
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
4-5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 slices (0.5 ounces each) provolone cheese
Butter flavored cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, peppers, basil and garlic powder with a mixer until well blended.
3. Spread mixture evenly on all bread slices. Place a slice of cheese on ½ of the bread slices. Fold cheese slice to fit bread. Top with remaining bread slices.
4. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place each sandwich on the sheet and spray with cooking spray.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted.
