3.4 oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed 3/4 cup low-fat sour cream 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained 11 oz. can mandarin orange sections, drained 1 apple, peeled and chopped 6 peaches, peeled and chopped 1 pear, peeled and chopped 1 mango, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved 1 pint strawberries, sliced Any other favorite fruit
Directions:
In a medium, chilled metal bowl, combine the pudding, milk and orange juice concentrate. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed for 2 - 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
In a large salad bowl, combine the fruits. Gently mix in orange pudding mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
