1 cup egg substitute, beaten slightly1 cup brown sugar 1 cup corn syrup 1/4 cup pecans, chopped fine 1 unbaked pie crust
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine egg sustitute,brown sugar and corn syrup. Blend well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle pecans on top, using a spoon to push them into filling mixture. bake in 425 degree oven for 5 minutes, then reduce temperature to 300 degrees. Continue baking for one hour or until set and knife inserted comes out clean.
