Ingredients:
1 stick butter, melted
8 ounces sour cream
3 cans cream style corn
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
4 tablespoons onion, chopped
4 tablespoons green bell pepper, chopped
2 boxes corn bread mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small jar pimentos, diced
Dash of salt & pepper and sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into large casserole. Bake for one hour or until set and golden brown. Let cool and cut into small pieces.
