1 loaf (16 oz.) frozen white bread dough, thawed Butter-flavored cooking spray 3 T. sugar 4 tsp. cinnamon, divided use 1/3 C. honey 2 tsp. butter flavoring 1/2 C. packed brown sugar 1/2 C. chopped pecans
Directions:
Thaw dough in refrigerator for 12 hours. Cover and bring to room temperature for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll dough into a 12 x 16-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Spray dough with butter-flavored cooking spray. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough and spray again with cooking spray. Roll dough tightly, starting with the short end. Pinch side seams and ends to seal. Cut dough crosswise into 12 slices. Set aside. Microwave honey 20 seconds. Stir in 2 teaspoons butter flavoring. Pour honey into a 9-inch round cake pan that has been sprayed with butter-flavored spray. In a small bowl, combine remaining cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle over honey. Place rolls, cut sides down, in pan. Cover and let rise 45 minutes or until doubled in size. Loosely cover pan with foil. Bake 10 minutes covered and an additional 10-15 minutes uncovered. Invert onto serving plate. Serve warm or cold.
