Vegetable oil cooking spray1/3 C. hot Dijon mustard ¼ C. honey ½ T. dried dill weed 1 T. orange marmalade 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine mustard, honey, dill weed and marmalade. Place chicken in baking dish. Coat both sides of chicken with marinade. Bake 10 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake approximately 10 minutes more, or until no longer pink.
