Yield:
Ingredients:
Clean sterilized bottles with screw on lidsFresh vegetables and herbs
White distilled vinegar
Paraffin wax (for sealing lid)
Raffia for decoration
Directions:
Place vegetables and herbs inside sterilized bottle. Fill with vinegar. Place lid on bottle. Wrap lid with raffia. Optional, place a list of ingredients on back of bottle. Note: shake the bottle about once a week for two weeks to help blend flavors. The vinegar will be flavored in tow weeks. The vinegar should be kept in a cool place. If the vinegar becomes cloudy, discard it.
