Seasoning Mix (combine the following): 2 T. cinnamon ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. red pepper ½ tsp. onion powder ½ tsp. rubbed sage
Directions:
Season duck breasts in cinnamon mixture. Sear skin side down in a skillet at 325 degrees until fat in skin is rendered. Turn to other side to finish cooking to temperature desired. Place duck on cutting board and slice to shingle.
