Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 15-x-10-x 1-inch sheet pan with cooking spray; set aside. 2. Combine cake mix, cherries, egg and extract in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed 1 minute or until blended. 3. Pour into pan and bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 4. Meanwhile, combine sugar, milk and margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute then remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. 5. Pour icing over cake. Let cool and serve.
