Ingredients:
Butter-flavored cooking spray1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese
¼ C. sugar
1 T. flour
½ C. egg substitute, divided use
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box (21 oz.) chewy fudge brownie mix
½ C. unsweetened applesauce
2 T. water
2 T. chopped pecans
2 T. fat-free chocolate syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a medium mixing bowl, soften cream cheese with electric mixer. Blend in sugar, flour, ¼ cup egg substitute and vanilla until smooth. Set aside. Combine brownie mix, applesauce, water and remaining egg substitute in a large mixing bowl. Spread half of brownie mixture evenly into pie plate. Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture. Carefully spoon and spread remaining brownie mixture over top. Bake 40 minutes. Cool at least 3 hours in refrigerator. Sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
