Ingredients:
Butter-flavored cooking spray1 C. egg substitute
2 C. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
2 C. low-fat biscuit and baking mix (0.5g fat per 1/4 cup)
3/4 C. reduced-fat chocolate baking chips
1/4 C. chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9-x 13-inch baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Set aside. Beat egg substitute with an electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Blend in vanilla, butter flavoring and biscuit mix. Spread batter evenly in baking dish. Sprinkle with baking chips and pecans. Bake 45 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
