Bacon Cheddar Spread

Yield:
32 servings, 1 tablespoon each
Ingredients:
1 ½ C. low-fat shredded cheddar cheese (1.5g fat per tablespoon)3 oz. light cream cheese, softened
3 T. finely diced green onions
3 T. low-fat mayonnaise (1g fat per tablespoon)
2 tsp. prepared mustard
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
10 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth

28 calories, 1g carbohydrate, 2g protein, 1.6g fat, 0.6g saturated fat, 5mg cholesterol, 0.1g dietary fiber, 131mg sodium
