Ingredients:
1-2 lb. box Hungry Jack Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix.7 eggs
2 3/4 to 3 cups of milk
3/4 cup of cooking oil
1-12oz. package of frozen blueberries, chopped
Directions:
Preheat waffle iron. While waffle iron is heating mix waffle mix, eggs, milk and cooking oil by hand until moist. Then use an electric mixer to beat until smooth. Add chopped blueberries. stir into batter.
Pour batter onto heated waffle iron with measuring cup. Once waffles are finished place on cookie sheet to cool. Once cool, place in gallon size freezer bags and freeze. Remove as many waffles as needed, warm under broiler or in a heated oven. Serve with bacon or sausage.
