Cocktail shrimp with cocktail sauce
Prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe and honeydew chunks
Wedges of smokey sharp cheese or your favorite
Roasted red grapes--On a baking sheet, drizzle
grape clusters with a little olive oil, and
then roast at 500 degrees for 8-10 minutes--
simple method, sophisticated presentation,
fabulous, sweet flavor. Serve slightly warm.
Endive leaves, stuffed or piped with soft feta
spread and topped with caviar
Oklahoma Caviar-deli salad
Gourmet Kalamata olives-deli
French baguette, pumpernickel or your favorite
bakery bread
Biscotti or gourmet cookies for dessert
Melon boat-carved watermelon filled with
assorted fresh cut fruit
Welch's White Grape juice cocktail--serve well
chilled
Bare necessities: Plenty of napkins, plates,
plasticware, and of course, beautifully
arranged fresh flowers from the floral dept.
