Tulsa Police Investigate After Man's Body Found In Field

Tulsa Police are investigating after a man's body was found in a field in the 1700 block of 32nd Street North Thursday morning.

Police said a caller reported that they saw the body around 7:45 a.m. when they were on their way to work January 23.

Officers were able to identify the man by a wallet found near his body.  

A police supervisor said there are no obvious signs of trauma to the body, and they believe the person may have died of natural causes. The medical examiner's office and crime scene detectives will process the scene. 

The man's name has not been released as authorities work to notify next of kin.
