Tulsa Doctor Talks About New Campaign Helping Young Children Develop Learning Skills
<p>Experts say 80-percent of a child's brain is developed before the age of 3. So talking, reading and singing to little ones can be critical in their learning. That is the focus of a new multimedia campaign called "Talking is Teaching: Talk, Read, Sing."
