It is now illegal to get or provide nearly any abortion under Oklahoma law. Governor Kevin Stitt signed a bill into law that bans abortions from the moment of conception and it's already in effect. The only exceptions are if the mother's life is in danger or if the pregnancy is the result of rape or incest that was reported to law enforcement.

Onlookers urged police officers to charge into the Texas elementary school where a gunman’s rampage killed 19 children and two teachers, witnesses said Wednesday, as investigators worked to track the massacre that lasted upwards of 40 minutes and ended when the 18-year-old shooter was killed by a Border Patrol team.
Caney River Expected To Crest Near Bartlesville On Thursday

The Caney River has reached its threshold and the flood waters are still rising. The Tulsa Area Emergency Management Agency (TAEMA) expects the river to crest by early Thursday morning or afternoon. Officials said the water is projected to fall back below flood levels Friday afternoon.
