Homicide Suspect In Custody After Standoff With Tulsa Police

Tulsa Police say a homicide suspect is now in custody after a standoff at a motel near 11th and Yale.

Police say the fugitive warrant squad was able to find Mitchell Folsom at the motel Wednesday afternoon where he barricaded himself inside for a few hours. Folsom is accused of stabbing Jimmy Johnson to death last week.

Police said they blocked 11th Street from Canton St. to Eerie in Tulsa, and used less than lethal force to assist them in making the arrest.
