Tulsa Police said a man is in custody and is accused of shooting into someone's home.

Police said they received reports of someone in a white SUV shooting at another person’s house on East Oklahoma Place and the resident returned fire.

The resident told police that the SUV had been parked outside his house moments before.

Officers found the vehicle a short time later and saw Everett Warren and a woman go inside a home on East Marshall Place.

They convinced the woman to come back outside, and she told police she was in the SUV when Warren, who is an ex-con, fired those shots into the air.

Police said they found two guns in the bathroom closet, and they believe Warren put the guns there.

They also found a bag with 241 grams of imitation narcotics that looked like meth, along with a purse with the woman’s ID and nearly $300 in that purse.

Warren is facing felony firearm complaints.
