Grocery Stores Need to Do More, Warn Customers Of Recalls, Report Says

Consumer safety experts are urging grocery stores to do more to warn customers about recalled food. Watchdog group U.S. PIRG graded 26 major grocery stores on how they alert the public of potentially dangerous food. Only received a passing grade, and 22 others failed. Flu Vaccines

The health department said you can get the flu vaccine on a walk-in basis Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Tulsa Health Department locations below:
