Tulsa Public Schools Host Month of Virtual Career Fairs

Tulsa Public Schools held a virtual career fair today as the second of a four-part series to recruit a team for the upcoming school year. During the month of June, the district is hosting four virtual career fairs, each highlighting a different position group with openings. Today's focused on school-based certified roles, which includes teacher and dean positions.

Tulsa Public Schools is recruiting team members for all school-based positions for the 2020-2021 school year and encourages all interested community members to explore options in school-based certified roles. Certified teachers are encouraged to attend and learn about available positions with Tulsa Public Schools. Community members who hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and may be interested in a career change can also attend the fair to explore career opportunities and pathways to teacher certification.

The upcoming virtual career fairs will be held on June 17, 2020 at 9 a.m. with a focus on district administration and the final career fair will be June 25, 2020 at 1 p.m. with an emphasis on district-based support positions.
