Tuesday, NASA Administrator and Oklahoman Jim Bridenstine spoke with people through a video townhall and talked about several topics.

The virtual discussion was sponsored by the Tulsa Regional Chamber. Bridenstine talked about everything from SpaceX to the partnership with Elon Musk and the future of NASA and how Oklahoma can contribute to space exploration.

From the SpaceX Flacon launch to helping find solutions for COVID-19, Bridenstine said NASA has been busy.

"We partnered with a private company to help develop the capability to sterilize the inside of ambulances between missions. Basically, it's a fogger. So, you put it in an ambulance. 45 minutes later every surface in the ambulance is sterilized," said Bridenstine.

During the virtual discussion, citizens and students had a chance to ask what's next for space.

"The biggest priority the president has said go to the moon sustainably and then go on to Mars. That's his big initiative," said Bridenstine.
