Update: Tulsa Police have taken a suspect into custody, Timmari Seymore, Friday afternoon for the shooting that occurred near Pine Thursday night.
Tulsa police said they're investigating a shooting near Pine and Mingo that occurred July 16.
Officers said they arrived to find one person shot.
Officers were told by dispatch that the victim was being taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound around 8:30 last night.
According to investigators, a gunman fired multiple rounds at the victim right when he left one of the businesses in the area.
Multiple casings were found in the parking lot. Police said the victim's injury is not considered life-threatening at the moment.
The victim was able to provide a lead that officers are following up on at this time.
"The victim is helping us to a certain degree. We have a few more investigative things with some surveillance video to take a look to really kind of help us piece things together," Said Sgt. Paul Madden.
Police said bullets also hit a bystander's car that was in the parking lot.
Police aren’t releasing any suspect description right now.
