Oklahoma Highway Patrol Investigating Fatal Collision On Highway 75

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a woman is dead after an overnight crash on Highway 75 and Highway 20 near Collinsville.

OHP said the crash happened just before midnight involving a car and a pickup truck.

Investigators said the driver of a Chrysler car, later identified as Kayla Camden, ran into the back of the pickup, which caused it to roll.

The driver of the truck died at the scene and Camden was not hurt.

The accident report identifies the woman killed as 62-year-old Helen Phelps.

Part of the highway was shut down for a while as troopers worked the scene with the help of Skiatook and Collinsville rural firefighters. Traffic was being diverted at Highway 20.

Troopers said there were no passengers in either vehicle.
