Delaware Co. Sheriff's Office: Silver Alert Issued For Woman With Brain Damage

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office said a Silver Alert has been issued for 57-year-old Roxanna Fowler.

They said she was last seen near 16619 East 577 Road in the town of Kansas, Oklahoma. DCSO said she is a white woman who was last seen wearing a blue stripped shirt and shorts.

According to DCSO, Fowler had a stroke a few years ago and has slight brain damage. They said she cannot complete a full sentence and she likes to repeat words such as "baby" or "outside." They said she has a scar on her chest from surgery and a scar on her right thigh.

They said the related vehicle information is as follows: blue Chevy Tahoe with license plate number "CNU514."
