The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says a man has been arrested on sexual misconduct complaints.

The Sheriff's office says Aaron Hernandez had been messaging an undercover officer pictures and messages since July 22nd.

The sheriff's office says Hernandez scheduled to meet-up with the undercover officer Monday morning and was arrested.

Hernandez had been offered a conditional offer of employment with Tulsa Public Schools.

The Sheriff's office says this coming school year would have been his first year of teaching.

Tulsa Public Schools said in a statement "employment at Tulsa Public Schools is contingent on approval by our Board of Education. While this person completed the required steps in our hiring process – inclusive of a background check – he was never officially employed by Tulsa Public Schools and has never interacted with any of our students as an employee of Tulsa Public Schools."

Officials went on to state that "given the nature of the charges, we have rescinded our conditional offer of employment."
