Tulsa Man Recovering After Being Shot Four Times

Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting that happened outside a busy barber shop.

Police said they didn’t learn much from potential witnesses. Police said it appears the shooting was on one side of the building, and though there’s evidence of a lot of gunfire, the 911 call about the shooting came from miles away.
