One person is in custody after a shooting that sent killed one person and sent two others to the hospital, Tulsa police said.
According to authorities, officers responded to the shooting call around 11:30 p.m. Sunday near West Oklahoma St. and North Santa Fe Ave. When they arrived, they said they found two men and a woman that had been shot. One of the victim's died after being taken to the hospital, the condition of the other victim's is unknown.
Police said the victim's and the suspect, Luis Cuadros, all know each other, and they believe there was some sort of ongoing dispute happening between the four of them.
"Officers were able to locate a suspect. He was apprehended and is in route to a detective division to be interview," said Lieutenant Chase Calhoun.
Cuadros has been arrested on complaints of first degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.
