Police Arrest Suspect On Suspicion Of Assault With Deadly Weapon

Detectives said 26-year-old Lorenzo Alvara admitted to hitting a man with brass knuckles during a fight at a QuikTrip near 91st and Aspen on Thursday night.

Police said when the victim was walking home after the fight, someone shot him in the shoulder.

Police do not know yet if Alvara is connected to the shooting.
